Crediton
Crediton, situated eight miles north
west of Exeter, is a thriving market town in Devon with a population of
around 6000 people. Reputed to have been the birthplace of St Boniface,
in Saxon times Crediton was a centre of Christianity and the cathedral
city of Devon, before the rise of Exeter. The map below shows the
